• PG Gate Timings: Main gate closes at 10:30 PM and reopens at 6:00 AM. No entry or exit is permitted during this window except in genuine emergencies with prior warden approval.

• Late Entry Policy: Any resident returning after 10:00 PM must inform the warden in advance via WhatsApp/call. Repeated late entries without intimation may lead to a formal warning.

• Daytime Gate: Residents may enter/exit freely between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM. Gates are supervised — all visitors must be signed in.

• Overnight Absence: Residents planning to stay out overnight must submit a WhatsApp consent in advance.

• No Eating Inside Rooms: Food, snacks, and beverages (except water/dry fruits) are not permitted inside rooms. Please use the designated dining area.

• Kitchen Cleanliness: After cooking, residents must clean the counter, wash utensils, and switch off all appliances. Leaving the kitchen unclean will attract a ₹100 penalty per instance.

• Induction Stove: Stoves must be turned off before leaving the kitchen. Do not cook unattended.

• Refrigerator Use: Label your food items with your name and room number. Unlabelled food may be discarded during weekly cleaning. Do not store non-vegetarian raw items in the shared refrigerator.

• Meal Timings in Dining Area: Common dining area is available 24×7. Please maintain cleanliness and do not leave dirty plates in the seating area.

• Room Cleanliness: Residents are responsible for keeping their own beds clean daily. Housekeeping will do a room sweeping & mopping, please cooperate by keeping belongings organised.

• Bathroom Hygiene: Residents sharing attached/common bathrooms must keep them dry and clean after use. Wet floors, hair in drains, and unclean basins are not acceptable.

• Garbage Disposal: Waste must be disposed of in designated dustbins only. Do not throw garbage from windows or leave it in corridors.

• Pest Control Cooperation: During scheduled pest control visits, residents must vacate rooms temporarily and cover food items.

• Quiet Hours: Silence must be maintained between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. No loud music, calls on speaker, or group conversations in corridors during this time.

• Visitor Policy: Only female visitors (family members/friends) are permitted inside the premises. Male visitors — including family — are not allowed beyond the reception/lobby area.

• No Loud Music/Parties: Playing music on speakers in rooms or common areas beyond acceptable volume is not permitted at any time.

• Respectful Conduct: All residents must treat co-residents, staff, and warden with respect. Verbal disputes, arguments, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.

• Power Saving: Lights, fans, ACs, and geysers must be switched off when leaving the room. Electricity is billed as per usage — residents are individually responsible.

• Personal Appliances: Electric kettles, irons, and hair dryers are permitted for personal use. High-wattage appliances like room heaters, rice cookers, or microwaves are not allowed inside rooms.

• Geyser Usage: Geysers are provided per room/floor. Please switch off the geyser within 15 minutes of use to save electricity and avoid overheating.

• Extension Cords: Use of non-ISI-marked extension boards or makeshift wiring is strictly prohibited due to fire safety concerns.

• Room Allotment: Rooms are allotted by management. Residents cannot shift between rooms or exchange room partners without prior written approval.

• Furniture & Fixtures: Residents must not rearrange, remove, or damage any furniture or fixtures. Any damage caused will be recovered from the security deposit.

• Wall Damage: Nailing, drilling, or sticking adhesive posters/stickers on walls is not permitted. Use notice boards for personal items.

• Bed Linen: Residents are responsible for their own bed linen. Mattress covers must be kept clean. Sitting on beds with outdoor/dirty clothes is discouraged.

• Guest Registration: All guests must be registered with the warden on arrival. Guest details (name, relation, contact) will be maintained in the visitor register.

• Guest Stay: Overnight stays for guests are not permitted. Approved overnight female guests (mother/sister) may stay for a maximum of 2 nights/month.

• Delivery Agents: Delivery personnel (Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon, etc.) are not permitted inside the building. All deliveries must be received at the gate.

• Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or possession of any intoxicants anywhere on the premises is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination of tenancy.

• No Subletting: Residents cannot allow outsiders to use their room or share accommodation with unregistered persons under any circumstance.

• Pets: Keeping pets of any kind inside the PG is not allowed.

• Objectionable Content: Residents must not engage in activities that disturb others or bring disrepute to the PG — including objectionable social media content depicting the property.

• Rent Due Date: Monthly rent is due by the 1st of each month. A late payment fee of ₹200 will be charged after the 3rd.

• Notice Period: A minimum of 1 month's written notice is required before vacating. No refund will be given on advance in case of early exit without notice.

• Lock-in Period: A lock-in of 6 months applies from date of joining. Breaking the lock-in will result in forfeiture of advance.

• Security Deposit: Security deposit is refundable within 15 working days of vacating, after deduction for any damages or dues.

• Emergency Contact: The warden's contact must be saved by all residents. In case of medical or personal emergency, inform the warden immediately.

• Fire Safety: Do not tamper with fire extinguishers or smoke detectors. Familiarise yourself with the nearest emergency exit.

• Medical Assistance: In case of illness, residents should inform the warden. Management will assist in contacting a doctor or ambulance if required.
